Call Center Representative Job Summary-
We are seeking a friendly, organized call center representative to join our growing dental organization. In this position, you will make outbound calls to our customers, answer inquiries, resolve problems, and fulfill appointment requests. You must exemplify the values of our company at all times and provide customers with the highest levels of customer concern.

Call Center Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Appropriately make outbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer service; answer questions and inquiries
  • Resolve customer concerns; offer possible solutions
  • Manage call center database; enter & record new data information as necessary
  • Understand dental accounts & protocols when scheduling
  • Maintain working equipment
  • Follow company regulations and report malfunctions

Call Center Job Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Previous dental experience & in a customer support role
  • Familiar with dental terminology
  • High performer with a track record of over-achievement
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills including active listening; preferably bi-lingual
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Previous Dentrix experience a bonus
