Senior Delivery Driver position is responsible for delivery of parcels and packages on a daily assigned route meeting scheduling and quality standards. The Delivery Driver will provide excellent customer service by ensuring safe delivery, resolving problems and following Service Of Process and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Keep a regular and predictable attendance to keep our client operation running smoothly and efficiently.

• Work scheduled Monday - Saturday. * (Shift starting time = Mon: 9am - Tue to Fri: 12pm - Sat: 2:30pm)
• Operate & maintain a delivery vehicle and delivery equipment.
• Prepare route for delivery, including scanning packages and loading into the vehicle.
• Deliver and pickup merchandise following proper delivery procedures and documentation are completed.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed (as per DOT and FMCSA regulation ).
• Ensure positive attitude with colleagues, end customers and client.
• Report any issue or challenges to the Station manager.

Requirements:

• Clean driving record (no DUI’s, cell phone tickets, reckless driving tickets, etc for the past 5 years).

• Clean criminal record (no major misdemeanors or felonies in past 10 years).
• Must have a valid driver’s license for more than 10 years.
• Legal status to work in the USA.
• Able to pass a drug and/or alcohol test.
• Must be fluent in English with customer service skills.
• Must be punctual, energetic, reliable and honest.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (for alcohol transportation)..
• Ability to navigate and read a map.
• Ability to use GPS and mapping software.
• Knowledge of safe work practices.
• Ability to lift and move up to 75lbs.
• Ability to drive assigned routes in all kinds of weather and road conditions.
• Ability to load and unload a delivery truck.
