Key Account Support Specialist

Position Overview
Our rapidly growing business is seeking a self-motivated account support specialist. We require outstanding customer service, organizational and follow-through skills. We are seeking a true leader who is also a team player with the ability to prioritize and undertake individual or team projects to resolve problems independently and expeditiously.
Responsibilities
· Managing the day-to-day needs of a portfolio of products Premium Guard sells to a key account
· Attending to the key account’s daily needs and requirements efficiently to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
· Receives and processes weekly orders
· Handles and processes requests for return goods
· Proactively contacts key customer personnel providing order updates, scheduling, and delivery status
· Works with Premium Guard’s accounting group to analyze chargebacks and, if warranted, disputes them through the customer’s chargeback process
· Serves as a key contact with the production/shipping team to ensure the key account receives the best possible service
· Prepares various weekly reports including sales dollars, unit sales, trend movement, shipments, inventory levels, order-fill, etc
· Will be trained to address EDI issues between Premium Guard and key account
· Engages and utilizes the sales team to maximize customer satisfaction and increase sales
· Builds relationships throughout key customer’s organization to provide the highest standard of service
Job Requirements
· College Degree or equivalent work experience
· Must have 5+ years of Customer Service or 3 years of Account Management experience
· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Professional, personable, and persuasive
· Comprehensive verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi- task efficiently
· Outstanding work ethic
· Must have strong computer skills- including Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook/Teams
· Position is based in Premium Guard’s Mt. Carmel, IL office
