Role: Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate Range: $20-22/hour
Location: Estes Park, CO 801517 (Fully onsite)
Job Type: Contract-To-Hire
Hours: M - F 8 am-5 pm - 40 hours/week

Job Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering inbound calls and assisting walk-ins with billing questions, establishing payment plans, explaining balances, and handling aging patient accounts.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Medical Billing/Medical Insurance experience preferred
• Computer and phone experience
