Job Summary

Coldliner Express, Inc. is searching for a full-time, experienced (refrigerated freight) Account Executive to develop relationships with potential customers, onboard new business, manage existing accounts, and strategically grow accounts as their customers' strategic business partner.

We are looking for a professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills who is interested in advancing their sales career with an award-winning, growing company.

Account Executive responsibilities:

Leverage market insights to strategically target customers across all industry verticals

Prepare for sales calls by researching your prospective customers' industries, prepare value propositions as needed, and conduct cold calls to build your book of business

Negotiate and quote rates

Ensure account growth and development through strategic decision making while upholding Coldliner’s level of service

Manage daily shipments and resolve customer issues

Follow weekly schedule to meet sales quotas and achieve overall gross profit goals

Our ideal candidate will have:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

3+ years of customer sales experience in a refrigerated setting with proven track record of account growth

3+ years of cold calling experience

Ability to generate leads & meet daily activity requirements

Transferrable book of business (preferred, not required)

No non-compete agreement

Strong problem solving, analytical, and negotiation skills

Experience with closing sales deals

Previous refrigerated freight sales experience preferred

Proficient written and verbal communication

Excellent attention to detail

Computer literacy and internet knowledge

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,014.00 - $69,989.00 per year
