Custom Control Panel Manufacturing Manager

A California based manufacturer of data center infrastructure is seeking an Electrical Panel Manufacturing Manager to oversee all aspects of their UL 508a department for new production facility being built in Carbondale/Glenwood Springs area. This new facility is expected to open in Q2 of 2023. The facility will assemble large capital equipment that is shipped to data center clients around the world. Ideal candidate has experience leading electrical and control panel fabrication for mid-high volume production of repetitive UL 508a panels. This is a full time, long term opportunity.

Desired Experience

• 3 years leading a team of designers and assemblers in UL 508a certified facility
• Experience in mid-high volume production atmosphere. Current volume is 50-80 panels per month
• Experience with QC and troubleshooting
• Hands-on electrical manufacturing experience
