Summary:

Work with project managers on financial forecasts and procurement to create estimate in a Bill of Quantities like form.

Role:

• Determine resource costs
• Client facing with project management team
• Know best practices to apply to project estimates
• Work with team to submit bids
• Analyze and Approve change orders
• Work with the Project Manager to produce monthly project reports on estimating activities. Implements cost documentation governance aligned with company and Client requirements. Ensures cost data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Implements communication plan for meetings and written reports/meeting minutes to keep client and cost resources informed.
• Other duties as assigned.

To be eligible for the role, you must meet the requirements below:

• Know-how: MEP services, ID elements, design, project management, project finance
• Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving: has the ability to confidently work through problems and find solutions
• Collaboration
• 4-6 years experience as Surveyor/Estimator
• Bachelors degree in related field
• Excel competency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
