Position Responsibilities

• Manage real estate and construction projects for our massive distribution centers with footprints of over 1 million square feet each!

• Oversee construction projects and review and approve construction contracts and drawings.

• Negotiate construction contracts.

• Assist in office and warehouse space design and layout.

• Work with local government agencies regarding zoning, permitting and other building regulations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5+ years of supervision experience in construction management.

• Warehouse construction project experience.

• Computer-Aided Design (CAD) experience a plus.

• Travel to Uline’s North American locations.
