Job Description :

Primary Function

The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and performing administrative construction tasks working with current & potential clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors for assigned projects in a manner consistent with the company's policies, procedures, and ethical codes. The Project Coordinator ensures the accurate, timely, and smooth flow of requirements on projects to facilitate obtaining project approvals on time and on budget as promised. The Project Coordinator keeps communications open with project managers, clients, and office to facilitate meeting this goal. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Production/ Operations Manager.

Major Responsibilities

1. Accurately track and process all documents and consultants (plans, permits, utility applications, etc.) on all jobs assigned to in a timely manner.

2. Manage RFP process for all construction consultants and assist with contract documents

3. Assist Project Managers with Pre-Con and current project duties as needed.

4. Assist Production Manager with Pre-Con, and current project duties as needed.

5. Ensure weekly updates are occurring to schedule and daily updates to logs and messages that reflect the current conditions utilizing Co-Construct for current jobs

6. Review monthly billings on all projects as needed with Accounting Dept

7. Assist with project buy-out by creating TPO’s, PO’s, and CO’s
Skills & Knowledge

  • 3-5 years in planning and permitting
  • 4-year degree in relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Highly motivated, self-starter
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work in it and on it simultaneously
  • Able to take coaching and feedback
  • Great Prediction skills, able to see the problem well in advance, having a solution in place before a crisis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
