• Prepare and process weekly payroll for union and non-union employees.
• Collect, review, and enter all timesheet data into QuickBooks/Payroll Website
• Process and enter all new hires.
• Calculate and process all tax payments, garnishments, and Expenses.
• Process and submit all project-related certified payroll reports.
• Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local, tax, wage, and hour laws.
• Process all monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll compliance reports including W2s.
• Manage company benefits, recruitment, and Employee Policy Manual
• Manage all EEO compliance records and employee files.
• Manage Worker Safety compliance.
• Recruit for open positions within all levels of the company
• Participate in Payroll/Benefit/HR planning, training, and meetings.
• Identify opportunities for best practices, efficiency, and continued program optimization.
• Ensure compliance w/ company practices as well as local, state, and federal laws and guidelines.
• Additional HR, Payroll, and office functions as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
