Sterling Breen Crushing, Inc. is a well-known small business in this community and has been in business for 50+ years. We have multiple activities within our company which include rock crushing, trucking & road construction. We are a small company contractor looking for an individual who can manage our bookkeeping needs. As the bookkeeper, you should have the ability to work independently, be proactive, have excellent computer skills and strong organizational skills.

The Construction Bookkeeper's Position/Responsibilities include:

-Payroll Processing/All Qtrly Payroll Reports

-Processing overhead and direct job costing

-Prefer at least 1-2 years experience in the Construction Industry, preferably with a Commercial General Contractor or Commercial Subcontractor

-B & O Tax reporting and all Qtrly reports

-Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, and experience with Accounting and/or Construction Software. Experience with ProContractor a plus.

-Maintaining various other bookkeeping duties

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
