Here at G&S we are looking to grow our Company’s Commercial footprint in the north Florida area. To do that we are looking to hire experienced, dedicated sales staff. Our ideal candidate should have experience with outside sales in the construction industry specifically related to fencing. Be driven, highly motivated, and able to work with little direct oversight. You will be responsible for searching out new business opportunities, completing takeoffs of construction plans with a software on the computer, review materials specifications, secure material pricing, write estimates for contractors, and overall project management from sales to final invoice.

You will collaborate with the sales manager and staff, operations, and office personnel to achieve business goals.

• Collaborate with manager and team members to develop market strategies
• Monitor sales numbers and meet goals
• Analyze market trends
• Monitor competition and follow current developments
• Find prospective customers and new target segments

Skills

• Proven work experience as a sales consultant
• Ability to assist with scheduling and project management of jobs sold
• Familiarity with basic Construction practices
• Ability to gather and interpret data
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Computer proficiency including Word, Outlook, Excel, PDF and others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
