Participates in development and implementation of resident assessments (MDS) and care plans, including quarterly reviews.

Current Washington State Occupational or Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status). Experience in Hand Therapy, CHT certification preferred.

PICC certification within 1-2 years of hire. Assumes responsibility for clinical competency and professional development.
