Responsible for hiring and maintaining an effective field application science team to facilitate the achievement of sales targets of the organization for cell

Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.

Deliver security awareness programs for associates, contractors and visitors to establish a safe environment, to prevent or mitigate security and safety

Provide information and consultation regarding employment issues, e.g. transfers, promotion/demotion, reduction-in-force, placement, independent contractor

Be available for emergency calls and respond to those according to the company's policy on after-hour emergency calls. Possession of personal tools, required.
