Vendor and sub-contractor payments and audits. Report analysis and findings to management team. Bank and credit card reconciliations.

Working knowledge of multiple state registration polices. Demonstrates strong communication skills and business etiquette. Orders office supplies and equipment.

Bill and Submit Insurance Claims. Pulling Insurance Authorizations and Prepping Charts. Help patients choose frames and go over lens options.

Assists employees, vendors, clients, or customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services. Attention to detail and accuracy.
