  • Graduate of an accredited occupational/physical therapy educational program
  • Active Occupational/Physical Therapist state license
  • Passed the Certified Hand Therapy Examination and yearly maintenance of the designated amount of continuing education hours to uphold the specialization certification

*What You’ll Do: *

  • Make a powerful impact on your local community through inclusive occupational/physical therapy treatment
  • Perform evaluations, establish goals, and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide efficient and effective occupational/physical therapy treatment in accordance with the established treatment plan
  • Efficiently document all evaluations, treatments, and other pertinent patient interactions
  • Provide education to the patient and family regarding patient’s condition and instruction for home activities
  • Develop and maintain effective communication with the patient, family, and other members of the rehabilitation team
  • Supervise and instruct occupational/physical therapy students according to professional guidelines
  • Actively pursue professional growth through affiliation with occupational/physical therapy associations and attendance at workshops and conferences
