What you can expect during the interview process:

• A welcome call and short interview from our Driver Recruiter.
• We will run your MVR & PSP with your permission.
• We'll conduct an interview with you, and hopefully you'll receive a job offer the same day!
• You will take a drug test, and have a medical evaluation.

This is a second shift position that typically begins around 4:00 in the afternoon.

DOLLARS AND CENTS:

• Your starting pay is $23.50/hour (with attendance bonus).
• Pay increases to $24/hour after 60 days (with attendance bonus).
• Earn an attendance bonus of $2.00/hour (included in pay rate above).
• Get paid every Friday!
• You can earn a $1,500 referral bonus for each driver you refer who is hired.

• You will transport trailers throughout property grounds.
• You will help to get the trucks on the scales and weighed.
• You MUST comply with all DOT, company, biosecurity, FSMA, local, state and federal laws, policies, practices and procedures.
• Perform all other relevant duties to the job.

• You must have a Class A Commercial Drivers License.
• You'll need some commercial driving experience.
• You need to have a clean driving record.

• You’ll need to be able to walk, twist, bend and lift various weights, and climb in and out of trucks.
• You will be exposed to outdoor seasonal weather, and live birds.
