Duties include - answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking insurance benefits online, posting charges for each patient into computer.

Provides analysis for planning and implementation of low to medium complexity systems and upgrades and process changes.

Incident free driving record (no more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years). Responsible for managing DOT driver log and ensuring accuracy.

Ongoing training and support will be provided to ensure your success in this role. Go to potential customer homes for pre-qualified appointments set by office.

Screens incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible. Answers and directs phone calls. 10% Special projects as needed.
