Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms. Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments. Paid holidays and no weekends.

Review monthly partner distributions (and capital calls when necessary). Assist with dispositions, acquisitions, and any other transactions (e.g., refinancing).

Represent Miss Halls School by providing professional and courteous assistance when answering incoming calls and receiving visitors to campus.

Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards). Give customers drink menus and answer their questions regarding ingredients. Keep the bar area clean.

CPR Certified or willing to obtain certification. Must be licensed in the State of Indiana to practice OT. Display evidence of interest in continued education
