The Business Development Manager will direct the development and implementation of business strategies to increase company revenue as well as coordinate public relation communications for Champions Mortgage.

Key Job Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Developing and implementing business and sales strategies to improve presence in target market and to generate new business leads
• Maintain and establish business relationships with existing and new realtors/real estate brokers/industry partners - attend open houses/realtor conferences/networking events
• Coordinate and hosts company marketing and social events
• Occasionally attend closings for client PR
• Facilitate and monitor client reviews post-closing (Facebook and Google)

• Strong public speaking/communication skills
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for the role
• Excellent understanding of business and sales strategies
• Ability to be detail oriented, organized and work as a team player
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete tasks on set deadlines based on company’s needs
• Dependable and flexible schedule
• Real estate or mortgage knowledge/experience is recommended

Job Requirements (Experience and Education):

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration or Marketing or related field (preferred but not required)
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager or Marketing Manager or related training/experiences that provide the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities required of the job
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
