Job Description:

• You are passionate about creating state-of-the-art 3-D virtual models of buildings and building systems (MEP: mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment).
• You have both strong technical expertise and project management skills.
• You can work both independently and collaboratively to interpret, develop, design and coordinate comprehensive models using 3-D BIM/CAD drawing standards with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and/or AutoCAD.
• You enjoy the challenge of enforcing BIM/CAD standards; prioritizing and managing project workloads; and meeting project deadlines.
• Customer facing – you have excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy
• Perhaps you’ve spent time working in the construction industry or facilities management; we appreciate that sort of working knowledge, too!

We are looking for a VDC Coordinator who interprets mechanical, electrical and plumbing documents, transforming them to 2-D and 3-D models, and coordinating using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD MEP. If this sounds like you, check out the desired skills and expertise, and then apply!
