Medical Administrative Assistant (Bi-lingual) (North Hills, Raleigh)

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to work in our medical front office of our fertility surgery facility. This person must be fluent in English and Spanish, have proficient computer skills, and be able to communicate well on the phone. The position entails a lot of heavy phone volume from potential patients. You must have knowledge using MS-Word, MS-Excel, and Outlook. Duties include, but not limited to, answering patient phone calls and answering questions about our surgical procedures, cost, and general questions about our facility. Preparing patient charts and making sure all proper documents are listed and in order. Working with the Business Office. and with the Medical Practice Administrator on short projects. Speaking to all Spanish speaking patients and answering their questions about surgical procedures. Being the translator for the nurses, surgeon, and patients during patient visits. This person will need to be a multi-tasker, organized, a team player and think quickly. Medical office experience helpful, but NOT REQUIRED. Will train the right person. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
