Responds to a high volume of incoming telephone calls related to customer service requests and general inquiries. Ability to use general office equipment.

Can work part-time at our Virgina office or full-time in our Nashwauk and Virginia offices.

Manage and own cases through to a timely resolution and assist with root cause analysis and identifying fixes and preventative measures.
