Bartender

Smokey's in beautiful Manitowish Waters is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team. This full-time, year-round position offers a great salary and a complete benefit package. If you enjoy evening hours and have outstanding customer service skills, we want to talk to you!

Position Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele.

• Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for at end of the shift.

• Clean the bar and surrounding area throughout shift.

• Perform other tasks as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Excellent verbal communication, and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.

• Great interpersonal and customer service skills.

• Experience with Point Of Sales (POS) terminal a plus.

• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to work assigned schedule which includes weekdays, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
