Bartender:

Fratelli's Italian & Seafood is looking for a full-time Bartender. We are one of the busiest restaurants in the area and have a fanatical regular customer base. We are widely regarded as a destination restaurant in Carroll County and are regularly recognized for the quality of our food and service.

Job Requirements:

This job requires the ability to multitask in a busy casual dining environment and to provide top-notch customer service in all situations. Teamwork is a crucial aspect of our success as the kitchen and the dining room work together to create an exceptional dining experience. Nights and weekends are a must for this position, but we are happy to accommodate reasonable scheduling requirements.

Must Have:

At least two years of full-service bartending experience with the ability to adapt to doing things the Fratelli's way. Knowledge of Italian cuisine and seafood is helpful. Knowledge about common beers, wines, and cocktails is required. Ability to make common cocktails is also required.

Please note that we are located in Carroll County, almost an hour north of Baltimore.
