Job Summary

We are looking for an assistant HVAC and Mechanical project coordinator with a minimum 2 years of relevant experience to join our commercial mechanical/HVAC installation team. Successful applicants must have prior experience in customer service and support in the commercial mechanical/HVAC service industry or similar.

Key Day-to-day activities include, but not limited to assisting with:

• Prepare, file, and follow up on project documentation including submittals, insurance certificates, requisitions, notices and other documents
• Prepare permit filing applications, and coordinate permit inspections
• File and organize project contacts, emails and other correspondence
• Communicate with customers on project labor scheduling
• Receive, file and organize project bid drawing sets and manuals
• Participate in project management meetings
• Receive, file and post vendor invoices for accounting

Areas for growth include:

• Progress from assistant position to other more senior positions in either project coordination, purchasing administration, service dispatch and other available roles
