CUSTOMER SERVICE & INVOICING ASSISTANCE

• Phones, filing, general office tasks
• Customer contact over phone & email
• Assisting with invoicing (AP/AR)
• Variety of projects in office

PROJECT AND ESTIMATING ASSISTANCE

• Assisting with creating quotes for customers
• Checking pricing accuracy, ordering
• Follow-up calls on quotes
• Product research
• Areas for growth and adding responsibilities

HOURS (Flexible)

• Full Time 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Part Time: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM (flexible)
