Panther Pressure Testers is looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as an Accounting Supervisor directly supporting our Leadership Team. The Accounting Supervisor is the primary resource for supporting and overseeing all accounting and financial responsibilities as assigned.

This job will be office hours in the office in Watford City. Remote work is not available.

Key Responsibilities

§ All functions of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Collections

§ Oversees payroll, as processed by company’s CPA firm

§ Responsible for preparation of general ledger entries and proper reconciliation of accounts

§ Maintain Chart of Accounts and filing system for multiple related entities

§ Maintain comprehensive tracking and reporting of company assets

§ Bank Deposits

§ Prepares appropriate schedules and reports as needed

§ Adhere to Client Accounting Policies and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

§ Work cooperatively with Panther’s Management Team to accomplish company goals

§ Assist CPA firm as requested on tax return preparation and other filings

§ Procurement of office supplies and equipment

§ Mail Distribution

§ Delegation of tasks to direct reports

§ Additional support and projects as requested

Qualifications

§ Education – Minimum AAS degree in Accounting or Business Management or equivalent work experience

§ Excellent knowledge of the principles of double entry accounting

§ Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism

§ Basic knowledge of regulatory requirements of processing payroll, accounting transactions, and payroll tax returns

§ Good understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

§ Thorough attention to detail

§ Ability to maintain confidentiality

§ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

§ Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel

§ Leadership experience preferred but not required

§ Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred but not required

This position is full time and located in the office in Watford City. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
