Valid Occupational Therapist state license (where applicable). Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding occupational therapy.

Operate industrial equipment such as mixers, hulling machines and sorters. Ability to follow recipes for the preparation of specific seed mixes.

A minimum of five years of similar or related experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant is required.

Answer and triage incoming patient concerns. Appropriately order diagnostic testing/lab work and interpret. Daily clinic Monday through Friday.
