POSITION: Account Manager Consultant

COMPANY: Atlante Partners

LOCATION: Remote with client travel

SALARY: $40,000 to $60,000

STATUS: Full time, but could be part time with transition to full time

SUMMARY:

The Account Manager Consultant operates as a temporary Account Manager for clients of Atlante Partners. They work to stabilize agencies with account management capacity issues, assess capabilities of the agency’s team, develop a long term assessment of capacity needs, create a plan, and then execute a plan for creating a permanent solution for the agency.

This position requires an active P&C license, knowledge of agency management systems, and significant account management/client management experience in an independent insurance agency. Training regarding specific processes, procedures and methodologies as they relate to consulting will be fully provided. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the independent agency world looking to elevate their career into the management realm.

The day to day of this role consists of executing account management tasks, developing training protocols and processes, working with our clients account management teams, advising agency leaders on account management work structure and processes, and mentoring and training others within Atlante Partners and our clients.
