Determine customer's bill payment options and set up payment plans. Handle customer billing and help customers resolve payment issues.

Current valid Driver's license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. All monitoring and inbound customer service calls are handled in-house.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair lift trucks and other equipment.

Monitors the entry of students and visitors to ensure security and safety of student and school personnel. Obtains attendance records for student entry and exit

Competitive wages (Position is a contractor position based on client visits). Must have a valid unencumbered NP License for California.
