3E Thermal, a program of Capstone Community Action Inc., is a statewide partnership of Weatherization program operators, efficiency programs, and housing agencies. The Project Services Manager exercises discretion and independent judgment to determine work scopes, executes legally binding agreements, and commits funding resources to projects. Knowledge of techniques and practices typical in residential and multifamily construction, excellent oral and written communication skills, business computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are required. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and experience in construction management or building contracting, or efficiency program management, energy audits, or similar. Considerable in-state travel is expected. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package.
