Current Washington State Occupational or Physical Therapist License (or license applicant status). Experience in Hand Therapy, CHT certification preferred.

Must obtain active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license within 6 months of hire. Must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure, prior to hire date,
