Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred. Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time. Tracking of any payment plans.

Planning: conduct efficient, organized data gathering and data analysis and must be able to develop reports, establish schedules, and conduct studies.

Masters degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in human resources, management, or related field; or 10+ years related
