Active, unencumbered license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Formulate a list of current and past medical conditions using clinical knowledge

Experience in manufacturing environment including use of tools and equipment is preferred. This includes a criminal as well as credit history.

Performs other duties as needed, such as answering the phone, helping at the front counter, consulting with customers, etc. Able to lift 50 or more pounds.
