At least three years of experience in civil and/or structural engineering design and construction, including at least two years of experience in project

Occupational Therapy License in NY (active occupational therapist). Occupational Therapist can choose to accept patients on a case-by-case basis.

Graduate of a masters or doctorate program of Occupational Therapy certified by the Accreditation Council of Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE).
