Leading designer and manufacturer of heavy industrial equipment is looking for a talented Senior Industrial Project Engineer to make a significant contribution to the future success of the company by providing outstanding mentorship and technical leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Conducting research to develop new and improved processes for manufacturing

· Establishing safety procedures for individuals working with dangerous chemicals

· Developing methods for separating components of gases and liquids or for generating electrical currents

· Designing and planning equipment layout

· Conducting tests and monitoring the process performance throughout production

· Troubleshooting problems associated with manufacturing processes

· Evaluating processes and equipment to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations

· Estimating production costs

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

10-15 years+ of engineering work experience in rotating equipment design and manufacturing

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering…Master of Engineering, a plus

Big company and small company experience a plus

Product certification a plus

New product introduction experience a plus
