Graham Healthcare Capital is seeking a Senior Director of Business Intelligence to help gather, examine and identify opportunities for business growth and improvement using the data produced by business operations and outside sources. The Senior Director of Business Intelligence oversees the reporting, analytics, integration and automation of the business-critical data assets for Graham Healthcare Capital (GHCC), a subsidiary of Graham Healthcare Group (GHG), and its portfolio companies.

Senior Director of Business Intelligence Responsibilities

• Oversee the reporting, analytics, integration and automation of the business-critical data assets for Graham Healthcare Capital (GHCC)

• Responsible for identifying business opportunities through gathering, evaluating and interpreting existing and new data sets.

• Educates the broader organization on data literacy.

• Help evolve the work we do beyond data ingestion and presentation and into the use apply advanced data science to enhance decision-making.

• Ensure alignment between organization tools used to surface data and the needs and capabilities of users.

• Work to bring existing and newly acquired business units into alignment with core GHG data quality and business rules.

• Accountable for business intelligence and analytics deliverables to all clients.

• Develop and maintain an accurate catalog of data, jobs and processes across GHCC.

• Responsible for the delivery of useful and integrated key performance indicators (KPIs) across GHCC.

• Agile gatekeeping and tracking for all data requests.

Senior Director of Business Intelligence Requirements

• Knowledge of Data Modelling and Data Warehousing Principals

• 10 years experience of Healthcare Data Warehousing

• Knowledge of BI Tools and Best Practices

• Ability to communicate with fields and office staff

Senior Director of Business Intelligence Education and/or Experience

• Bachelors of Computer Science or Information Systems

• 20 Years of experience in Business Intelligence and Analytics
