Valid Drivers license and reliable automobile. Current license as a *Physical Therapist / PT, required*. Proof of current automobile insurance (MVR checked).

Must pass forklift training and maintain forklift certification. Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. Paid Time Off start accruing on day one!
