Make outbound calls to customers. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Set the example for your Direct Reports. \* Work hours flexible but generally 7am - 4pm, 1 hour lunch. \* Stay up to date with your paperwork.

Must have up to date education on current design programs. Degree in design or arts preferred. Graphic design: 1 year (Required). Job Type: FT and PT.

Employs root cause analysis and/or tracer methodology to examine the cause of errors, improve/revise process and educate staff.

Knowledge and understanding of design fundamentals, including typography and color theory. Graphic design: 3 years (Required).
