SOUTWEST GREENS IS THE LEADING ARTIFICIAL GOLF GREEN AND GRASS INSTALLER IN THE MIDWEST.
Southwest Greens is a full-service synthetic turf installation company. We specialize in the design & construction of custom synthetic home putting greens, synthetic lawns, pet turf, and synthetic grass playgrounds. We have the midwest territory that includes Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, & Illinois.
The Regional Sales Representative will learn about the product and installation process to effectively discuss with clients the in's and out's of the turf industry. Serve as the face of the company to customers with professionalism and civilty.
Must be willing to wear multiple hats at times due to a small office, for example, warehouse sometimes needs assistance to send and receive product. Enhance the sales procedures, systems, to help the business processes and help the company grow.
Perform a variety of tasks. Detail orriented. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Reports to Sales Manager and higher ups.
Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:
Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
Establishes new clients by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
This job requires travel throughout the midwest. Must be able willing to travel daily/weekly/montly all over the midwest and occasionally stay over night. Travel may included 1-8hrs of driving in a day. Company car will be provided for off-site meetings. Hours of operation are 8am-5pm with some flexibility.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
