The ideal candidate has basic construction knowledge and the ability to create and sustain long-term relationships with their clients. As an industry expert you’ll also be asked to coach end users in the application of the ZELUS process to achieve their objectives.
Core Responsibilities

  • Build long term relationships with clients that manifests in recurring revenue opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert in specific assigned markets.
  • Create and manage both our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities within area of expertise.
  • Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline.
  • Create and maintain financial forecasts.
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing plans.
  • Become an expert in ZELUS product offerings and serve as a go-to-source for clients who want more information concerning our products.
  • Monitor and evaluate industry trends.
  • Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events and presentations.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experienced with CRM software (i.e., Salesforce) preferred
  • Ability to deliver presentations preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business or management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service
  • Basic understanding of construction or architecture
  • Proficiency with data analysis, forecasting and budgeting

Physical Requirements:
This job operates primarily remote, with travel to client locations as needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, video conferencing tools and cameras, phones, copiers, etc.
Physical Demands

  • Work is performed in an office environment
  • Flexibility to work various schedules and longer hours when necessary with little or no notice
  • Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
