The Light House Gallery in Branson is looking for Full-Time Lighting Consultants to join our current team! Are you an experienced sales person who would like to join a dynamic team?

Celebrating over 60 years in the lighting industry, The Light House Gallery’s have been a family owned and operated company since 1961. We are considered Southwest Missouri’s premier lighting showrooms. We pride ourselves in creating a superior client experience from the way our stores are merchandised, to the expertise we provide.

We are looking for lighting sales consultants that are eager to sell to the retail client and are confident enough to connect with top industry professionals. Diligent follow up and attention to detail is a must in this fun fast paced and exciting role.

While not required, we favor applicants with a year or more retail or restaurant experience, who are drawn to decorating, design, or art.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

The Light House Gallery is a dedicated retailer of residential lighting, ceiling fans, and home accessories. Our decades of success are based on our continued dedication to remain a lighting specific retailer. The Light House Gallery’s professionals have expertise in fashion and interior design, as well as an astute understanding of the latest trends in lighting design, to guide our customers in an unlimited capacity whether they are seeking the newest in light bulb technology, remodeling an existing home, building that dream home, or vacation hideaway. To keep up with the latest styles and trends we offer continued education with ALA certifications and ongoing industry events throughout the year.

HOURS/WORK WEEK

· Full time position 40hrs/week

· Monday - Friday, with possible Saturdays

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 3 years (Required)
