Qualifications:

Licensure: Current Oklahoma License.
Certifications: BLS & ACLS certified. Required certifications must be current before assigned to care for patients independently. NIHSS, required within first 6 months of employment.
Other: Completes Hospital and nursing competency within 3 months of employment and annually, submits to Nurse Manager/Education Coordinator. Must meet the requirements of the Supplemental Staffing Policy and Agreement.
Preferred Education: BSN
