Job Description :
Works with students, staff, and administration to improve students' literacy skills and to develop and implement a long-range plan for literacy improvement at Daniel Morgan Intermediate School.
Qualifications:
- Applicants should hold a Virginia teaching license with a Reading Specialist K-12 endorsement or be eligible for such.
- Special Education endorsement and/or experience teaching students receiving Special Education services preferred.
- Must have at least three years of successful classroom teaching experience in which the teaching of reading was an important responsibility.
Salary:
Range for the 2022-2023 school year is $48,300 to $71,278 with additional supplemental pay for a graduate degree. The salary scale may be adjusted based on the 2023-2024 budget.

Full time / 10 month/ 200 Day Contract
