Previous experience within the fashion/retail industry is highly desired.

Role duties may vary but are not limited to employee management, staff & store scheduling, customer sales interaction, website & social media management, merchandise prep, community deployment, and engagement. Our Managers Role:

· Leading all activities related to customer experience, sales support, store operations, merchandise presentation, recruiting, hiring, and training associates

· Provide excellent customer service to our customers to encourage repeat and referral business. Ensure customer sizing/fittings are completed precisely

· Supervise, coach, and inspire a team of associates that reflect a diverse and inclusive customer

· Build and execute business development activities

· Be a strategic, adaptable problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced retail environment

· Assist in managing daily customer service operations (e.g., sales processes, orders, and payments)

· Work as a team to ensure happy customers and a healthy work environment

· Implementing the skills you have been trained on to meet store and individual goals

· Creating a connection with the customer

· Act as a brand ambassador reflective of company values and aesthetic

· Facilitate customer correspondence and appointment setting

· Communicate a list of resources to enhance the customer experience

· Conduct styling appointments to match customer requests and needs

· Maintain dressing rooms and store environment

· Become familiar with our prom and special event inventory and designers

Requirements:

· Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, preferably within the retail industry

· Initiative and display a high level of accountability and humility

· Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to manage lengthy sales process that requires extensive attention to detail and flawless execution

· Passion for fashion!

· Excellent customer service skills

· Friendly, proactive, and positive attitude

· Reliable and willing to take initiative to complete tasks without being prompted

· Superior communication skills, verbal and written

· Retail & Fashion knowledge

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

· Ability to lift dresses and other items that may weigh more than 50 lbs regularly

· Ability to be on their feet for extended periods of time

· Ability to work peak times, including weekends

· High school diploma or equivalent
