Job Description Summary:

Pinpoint is seeking a driven and dynamic individual with a history of success and passion for how great marketing and ideas can create meaningful connections between consumers, companies, and brands. You will be expected to have the right people in the right place at the right time, to enable the company to “move it forward” and produce great work—on time, on budget, and as efficiently as possible. As Project Manager, you must be able to manage a mixture of small and simplistic projects, along with large multi-faceted projects for well-known brands, events, campaigns, and activations at the same time.

So, what will you actually be doing?

  • Be the communications hub and liaison between internal teams, clients, and agency partners.
  • Working with internal teams to process information and clarify the specific needs for a project in order to define the next steps, key milestones, time allocation, and the specific tasks required to move the project forward.
  • Ensure the companies processes and workflows are being followed by owning and managing the communication, creative, and production process to guarantee projects are on schedule and within the client’s business requirements.
  • Initiate, develop, and manage schedules and execution plans, monitoring the progress of the deliverables while updating the status of projects via the company’s internal project management platform.
  • Facilitating internal kick-off meetings for larger and more involved projects to onboard team members.
  • Working with the respective department leads to manage and allocate creative and production resources.
  • Think ahead and proactively engage in contingency planning by recommending solutions for possible future hurdles.
  • Tracking time spent on specific projects and being mindful to keep the amount of allocated time for projects on track.

Skills and requirements needed to succeed:

  • 4+ years of proven and relevant experience with project management, agency work, or account management.
  • Knowledge of advertising, marketing, agency, and/or sales industry required. Production knowledge preferred.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for growth that will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage and organize multiple projects simultaneously across several service offerings/departments.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
  • High-energy, yet composed personality with a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude and approach to work.
  • A deep level of strategic thinking, the ability to ask the right questions, and the intuition to think ahead.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and experience in interacting with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to create, compose and edit written materials, especially visually attractive presentations.
  • 2+ years experience in a signage production/installation or custom fabrication-related field

Some Perks:

  • Salary for this position is $53,000 - $66,000.
  • Salary + Commission plan that’s simple and paid monthly.
  • No cap on bonuses and commissions.
  • Headquarters is directly across from a Metro-North train station, making us conveniently close to NYC.
