Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. Able to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Author stories, develop prototypes, coordinate collaboration with users and subject matter experts in the development of new capabilities.

Manage the flow of incoming leads. Maintain and assign leads to the sales team, including prospecting for new leads. Create and maintain sales reports.

Job duties include patient greeting, registration, scheduling, as well as collection of copays and payments.
