We are a fast growing company and need great people to be part of the team! We have large scale commercial projects, prevailing wage projects that back log into 2025. We are looking for a self-sufficient Project Manager to grow with our company. The right person will be self-motivated, enjoy working as part of a team, punctual, detailed oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Must have expierence as Project Manger for Electrical Company.

  • You are able to comprehend and relay blueprints, schematics, building codes, and relevant laws to ensure project is compliant with building standards and regulations.
  • You possess the ability to remain calm under pressure, act decisively, be flexible, and effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • You have at least 2 years of Electrical Project Mangement experience managing commercial jobs.
  • You have the ability to put together high-level proposals, adds + deducts.
  • You can easily adapt as the situation warrants, and able to focus on multiple deadlines and change as the demands and fast pace requires. You can juggle big and small tasks alike.

What you will be doing:

  • Partnering with internal and external customers, leaders, and team members to communication and execute on project plans. As well as developing positive relationships with the general public, fielding questions and resolving issues and complaints.
  • Defining and executing project plans including scope, specifications, action plans, timelines, and scheduling task assignments to be completed.
  • Functioning as the client's primary point of contact.
  • Contract management including cost estimating, subcontracting, changes orders, value engineering, claims disputes, materials management, warranty management, quality management and environmental management.
  • Overseeing all administrative matters related to assigned projects.
  • Project start-up and close-out activities ensuring all regulatory requirements are met, documents are submitted, and the project meets all applicable standards.

Pay scale based on experience!

Not required but a plus if you do obtain:

  • OSHA 10-30
  • First Aid CPR
  • Fire Alarm Denver Blue Card
  • DIA Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
