Haven Builders: Haven Builders is a residential & multifamily restoration and remodeling company. Currently we service the Twin Cities Metropolitan area. Haven Builders specializes in, Kitchen, bathroom, addition, design builds. Our restoration services include, fire restoration, reconstruction.

The Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work directly with our clients and crews to set up, schedule, manage the gross margin, and customer experience of each of our projects.

BACKGROUND PREFERENCE:

1. 3+ years of experience in restoration or reconstruction.
2. Understanding of how to stay in compliance with, invoice, & collect from insurance providers
3. High level of hospitality and customer experience.
4. Able to work in a high growth environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

✔ Hitting annual and quarterly revenue, margin and NPS targets.
✔ Receiving approved estimates from our estimator and scheduling each project with the client.
✔ Creating a margin forecast for each project.
✔ Creating work orders and material orders for each project to obtain the margin objective
✔ Recruiting and assigning the work orders to each crew.
✔ Completing client kickoff and client care calls throughout the project.
✔ Being the customer facing employee for each client and ensuring world class customer service.
✔ Completing kickoffs, inspections, and completing a final walk around on each project with our crews and customers.

✔Working with our estimator and the client’s insurance provider to submit the proper paperwork to invoice, supplement, and collect on their claim.

✔ All invoicing and collections for the jobs you are producing.
✔ Approving and making payments to subcontractors and crews.

COMPENSATION:

1. DOE Salary + Benefits
2. Bonus Package on Customer Experience and Gross Margin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,519.49 - $113,666.66 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
